As a Certified Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership, a foundation of my coaching utilizes an Energy Model established by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Energy Leadership™ Coaching gives you the ability to lead energy so that it works for you rather than against you.

There are 7 levels of energy. Levels 1 – 2 level are catabolic, or destructive energy. And Levels 3 – 7 are anabolic or constructive energy. As you move to higher levels of energy, the greater a person’s satisfaction, as well as the likelihood of being able to create sustainable increases in performance, engagement, and profit.

Years of personal experiences have shaped your beliefs resulting in unconscious habits or default tendencies. These default tendencies impact the way you tend to perceive and react to: people, situations, circumstances, your environment, etc.

As your coach, I help you identify the ineffective default tendencies. that if left unchecked will continue. Thus, giving you the results that you are always getting. Through self-awareness, over-time, you can transform your natural default tendencies to create new, empowering thoughts.
